An El Paso native, Daphne is especially proud of her military roots. Her father served in the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Bliss, giving her a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our service members and their families. About Riya Bhusal

Riya Bhusal is a dedicated Texas REALTOR® committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, clarity, and personalized support. With a lifelong interest in homes and the local market, Riya was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions.

Before beginning her real estate career, Riya worked as a pharmacy technician, where she developed strong communication, patience, attention to detail, and customer-service skills. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from East Texas A&M University, strengthening her analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Together, these experiences allow her to approach each transaction thoughtfully while keeping her clients informed and supported.

Born in Kathmandu, Nepal, Riya moved to Greenville, Texas, at the age of seven and has called the area home ever since. Having watched Greenville and the surrounding communities grow over the years, she brings a genuine appreciation for the area and the people who live there. Riya prides herself on being honest, dependable, and caring. She takes the time to understand each client’s needs and works to make every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Riya enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, watching soccer, hiking, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors.
